I can relate to this so much. I was going to Orange Theory and doing so much cardio that I ended up in physical therapy with a bad knee. Never again! I quit OT, and now I train at my own pace in the gym, lifting weights 3-4 days a week. I've also started doing Pilates once a week and love it as a more durable exercise that still provides a burn but isn't as intense.
